The above is simply a really easy way to demonstrate it.
It IS intended for use with stage3d engines, although no need for the quad/edge approach. Just standard 3d geometry, the data can be used as it, just uploaded to the gpu for rendering as 3d triangles with any shader you want.
Would also be easy to use the geometry in an existing 3d engine.

With 10K it’s probably acceptable for editing purposes but still it’s not satisfying. I thought maybe it will be faster using gpu – creating quad for each edge and transform it so it appear as an edge. Do you thing it’s worth it?

That said if I provide sample shaders and also show the code used to render things in the editor it should give folks a good head start when it comes to rendering.

If i understood correctly, this means i get export a rigged blender character model with animations into fbx and use this tool to output stuff than than run on using stage3d with no dependency on other stage3d 3d engines ?

Having a fbx parser is would be a great. Even Away3d does not support fbx format !!!!. With this one could buy assets from the unity store with fbx format and use in a light 3d engine. i have been searching for an fbx format parser. The one I could find was from https://github.com/Saqoosha/SAQAS3 titled “FBXParser”. Strangely this has no readme also I guess it is a ripoff from some other source.
